Our Tiramisu Gelato contains wheat flour and is not gluten-free.

Some of our other flavours contain glucose syrup derived from wheat. However, according to Food Standards Australia and New Zealand (FSANZ) and Coeliac Australia, glucose syrup from wheat is considered safe for gluten-free diets and does not require gluten labelling if the gluten content is less than 20ppm.

Our Salted Caramel and Pistachio & Vanilla Gelato uses dextrose derived from maize (corn).

While we do not deliberately include gluten-containing ingredients (aside from Tiramisu), we are not testing each batch for gluten levels, so we cannot make a formal gluten-free claim on our products.

If you have coeliac disease or a high sensitivity to gluten, we recommend consulting your medical adviser before consuming products that are not certified gluten-free.
